ECE 3355 · Homework 1 · Amplifier Models

Amplifier models, worked in 3D.

ECE 3355 Homework 1, parts (a) to (j). Each circuit is rebuilt in 3D from the homework figure with every dependent source pointing the way the handout draws it. Step through gain, input resistance and the output test; the homework is symbolic, so any numbers come from exploration values you set.

Arrows show conventional current in the direction it actually flows at that moment; a part with zero current has no arrow. Ideal sources, op-amp inputs and control labels never carry invented current. Diamonds are dependent sources: an arrow inside means a current source, + and − mean a voltage source.

Problem text is reproduced from the ECE 3355 Homework 1 handout; where the handout leaves a choice open, the choice made here is labelled, and numbers that are not in the handout are marked as exploration values.
